To whom it may concern:

My name is Lee White and I am the 5th and 6th grade Social Studies teacher at Jamaica Elementary School in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I am writing this personal recommendation for Jonelle Banaszak whom I have had the great opportunity to teach, coach, and participate with in Community Theater.

Miss Banaszak has always demonstrated the genuine meaning of a student, athlete, and thespian. As a student, she has established a strong work ethics and a dedication to success by being committed to her academics, theater, and her athletic team.  I have also witnessed her being organized, innovative, diligent, and resourceful.

Overall, Jonelle is a person with great personality. She is also a very hard worker and is always willing to step up to any challenges that are giving to her. She is a great student and team player with integrity, resilience, and loyalty.

I highly recommend her for any institution of higher learning. She was a great asset to our school and community.

To whom it may concern:

I have known Jonelle Banaszak in many capacities over the last four years.  As the Operations Manager and Stage Manager of GraceArts Live, Lake Havasu, Arizona’s local performing arts theatre, I have seen Jonelle’s positive work ethic coupled with a good sense of humor, drive to succeed and strong sense of teamwork  develop over the years from her first shows in the ensemble, to her later lead roles.   As an actress/performer, it is necessary to be able to think on your feet, take constructive criticism (in addition to the applause) and perceive the bigger part of the picture to attain a successful production.  Jonelle strived for excellence with diligence, a willing collaborative attitude and much grace.

Jonelle was my tap dance student, however, in the last year at the studio, she became one of my teaching assistants, helping with multiple classes, dealing with a wide range of ages, abilities and  backgrounds.  She demonstrated patience, employing positive reinforcement, supportive motivation, humor and strong leadership skills and the students were very fond of her and learned much from her.

I believe Jonelle is a very smart, competent, confident person with a strong moral compass and good common sense.  It is with great confidence, that I would strongly recommend her.

  To Whom It May Concern:

There is no shortage of examples to demonstrate the many aptitudes that Jonelle Banaszak possesses- from academic and extracurricular involvement to depth of integrity – she has made an extraordinary impact on our school and community. The real challenge is articulating the extent of this young woman’s character and her limitless potential.

As the advisor of National Honor Society, our school’s only merit-based service organization, I was fortunate to have Jonelle as our charismatic president. Her organizational skills, coupled with her tenacious sense of duty and commitment led her to lead with precision and passion.   Jonelle is comfortable in a position of authority.  Highly confident and intelligent, she always infuses our meetings, functions, and service projects with both personality and sincerity.

Despite heavy time commitments with extra-curricular activities, Jonelle always knew the importance of maintaining a high academic standard.  Jonelle Banaszak has a sincere academic curiosity which is one of the qualities I most admire in her.  Ms. Banaszak is an incredibly capable young lady who will succeed in all avenues of life because of her outgoing nature, unfailing work ethic, and powerful sense of accountability.
